Clinical excellence in mental health requires a rare blend of deep psychological insight and exceptional organizational strategy. As a dually licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding a Master of Public Administration (MPA), I established Poised Clinical Consulting to sit exactly at the intersection of these two worlds.

 Over my career, I have stepped into vital clinical leadership and medical social work roles across high-stakes healthcare environments—including the fast-paced interventions of the Emergency Room (ER), the acute recovery of Med-Surg units, the long-term continuity of Family Practice clinics, and highly specialized organ transplantation programs. Navigating these medical spaces allowed me to guide individuals, medical staff, and families through some of life's most profound physiological and psychological shocks: sudden medical trauma, unexpected life-altering diagnoses, systemic caregiver burden, and institutional fatigue.

Beyond acute medical environments, my career extends deeply into child welfare frameworks and public behavioral health compliance. 

Today, alongside directing my private clinical practice, I leverage my administrative leadership as a consultant for community non-profits—overseeing clinical care plan authorizations and strict regulatory compliance for specialized Medicaid health plan contracts.

At Poised Clinical Consulting, I bridge my comprehensive medical operations, public systems, and clinical backgrounds to deliver highly specialized psychotherapy to corporate executives, medical workers, mothers, and families navigating profound life transitions. Simultaneously, I utilize my leadership framework to mentor the next generation of rising pre-licensed clinicians through high-accountability supervision and advise community organizations on scaling their programs with audit-ready clinical integrity.
