Our W-2 Compensation Structure (Clinical + Admin Rates). To ensure full labor compliance and protect our clinicians' time, our practice utilizes a structured dual-rate W-2 framework:

• Clinical Session Rate: Paid at a competitive flat fee for every completed, face-to-face or telehealth billing unit (including our upcoming Aetna contract launch on November 5, 2026).
• Administrative Hourly Rate: A dedicated base hourly rate that guarantees you are fully compensated for mandatory staff meetings, practice-provided clinical supervision blocks, documentation/charting time, and documented late-cancellation admin tasks.

A Flexible, Supported Pathway to Growth.

Please note: Our upcoming roles are designed to support your personal career goals without the burnout of traditional agency caseloads. We specialize in a gradual, low-stress launch phase starting with 1 to 5 clients, allowing you to master your documentation and system workflows at a sustainable pace. From there, you have the complete flexibility to scale up your caseload and take on more clients as your schedule and capacity allow.
