Shawntae Stevenson, LCSW, MPA is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California and Arizona. She earned her undergraduate degree from Seattle University and obtained both her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University.

Shawntae founded Poised Clinical Consulting after witnessing the layered complexities that women and professionals navigate throughout their lives — including career transitions, relationship shifts, evolving roles, and experiences within health systems. She recognized the need for a supportive space that honors both strength and vulnerability during pivotal seasons of change, particularly in women's mental health.

Poised was developed to provide a refined environment where women and professionals receive high-quality clinical services, including clinical supervision, designed to help them reach their fullest capacity — personally, professionally, and in leadership.

In addition to her clinical work, Shawntae has a passion for teaching and education. This commitment led her to offer clinical supervision and business education for emerging and growing professionals.
